Each piece of jewelry shown on Dini's website is the actual piece offered for sale. Her online store inventory consists of designed and completed pieces only, there is no ordering or waiting for a new piece to be developed. While there may be similar pieces made in the future, the piece shown on her website is the actual item that you will purchase and receive. When a piece is sold, it is removed from inventory and a new and different "one-of-a-kind" piece is displayed.

Throughout Dini’s career, she strives to make each new piece of jewelry that she designs uniquely beautiful. She hopes to make her jewelry useful, not only in beauty but in function. Each and every piece is different, is crafted by hand and is "one-of-a-kind". Although some pieces look similar, they cannot be duplicated. Kiln firing changes the color of the dichroic glass with placement and cutting set by hand, making each one unique and special.

RETURNS

Returns are available if there is a problem with your order.

You must contact us via email using the "Contact Us" Link found on this website within three (3) days of delivery, and get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

All items will be refused unless this RMA number is obtained.

 

Once approved,  Dini will gladly refund the “purchase” amount of the item only,
Shipping, handling and/or any other fees are not refundable.

 

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.

 

The purchaser may also choose to exchange the item for an item of equal value on this website.

 

All sales of earrings are “Final” and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

 

Be aware that not reading the item’s description carefully, buyers’ remorse or a change of heart, are not grounds for refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our preferred shippers are USPS/UPS/FedEx. Shipping prices include packing materials, handling, and the actual shipping costs. All items are packaged carefully in a box or padded envelope. We primarily use USPS Small Flat Rate Priority Mail

Shipping Boxes for shipments to the United States. Insurance up to $100 is included at no additional cost for these boxes.

 

Insurance although not mandatory for return shipments, is highly recommended.
In this way you will be covered in case of postal/carrier loss or damage. Designs by Dini by Nadine IS NOT responsible for items shipped uninsured.

 

An adult signature is required when receiving all deliveries from Designs by Dini.
Orders are usually processed within seven (7) days and should be received within 3 to 4 days after shipment.

 

Currently we do not ship Internationally - United States orders only..

 

State Sales Tax

 

All items shipped within the state of Florida will be charged 6% FL Sales Tax in addition to the cost of the item and shipping and handling.
